The Lern·Meisterei is a place where children learn through play, discover their talents, and develop a love of learning. We help school-aged children achieve their goals – in an atmosphere of respect, fairness, and equality.

A Place to Learn, Play, and Grow.

What do we do?

  • We help with learning and homework in all subjects and support children in managing their everyday school life.
  • We help children learn how to learn and how to work independently.
  • We eat together and prepare a healthy snack (sometimes we might even cook together).
  • Breaks are important, so we also play together and offer workshops and other leisure activities.
  • We work with children, parents, and teachers: we guide, support, facilitate, and provide information.

Who does this?

We are a diverse team – most of our team members support us voluntarily and without pay.

Who comes to us?

School-aged children and adolescents, that is, children between 6 and 15 years old.

When are we open?

Monday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, occasionally on Fridays. We are closed during school holidays and on public holidays.

What do we want to achieve?

  • Successful school completion
  • Improvement of grades
  • Strengthening German language skills, reading comprehension, and mathematical understanding
  • Respectful and fair interaction

How much does it cost?

The program is free for children and parents who need it, and participation is voluntary.

How do you get to us?

Simply write to office@lernmeisterei.at – we’ll get back to you and arrange an appointment for an introductory meeting! That’s when we’ll decide if we’re a good fit ;-)
